BequestsLeaving a gift to Ardoch in your Will is an especially profound and valued form of support to Ardoch

In addition to the vital work that Ardoch does today, the need will continue well into the future. Ardoch will continue to support children and young people in disadvantaged communities to overcome barriers to full participation in education to help them to reach their full potential.

Your gift will enable Ardoch’s work to live on, and will provide a lasting memorial to your desire to help others. Bequest income benefits both immediate, urgent campaigns in creating opportunities that are changing the lives of thousands of disadvantaged children and young people each year, as well as our long term goal to ensure that every child and young person's vision is achieved through full participation in education.

It is important to have a carefully prepared Will with clear wording and instructions as to how your assets are to be distributed. You may wish to discuss these options with your legal advisor. You can then be assured that you will not leave behind a difficult situation for your executor, and the causes you have chosen to support will receive their bequest without unnecessary delay or complication.

When deciding what type of bequest to make, you might like to consider making a residual bequest. Nominating a residual bequest or a proportion of your estate will ensure the value of your intended bequest does not decrease over the years.

The Kathy Hilton Society

The Kathy Hilton Society has been formed to recognise the kindness, generosity and vision of our supporters who have chosen to make a bequest to Ardoch Youth Foundation. We have named the Society after our inspiring founder, Kathy Hilton OAM, whose compassion and drive ensured that hundreds of children and young people could receive the support they needed to stay in school and benefit from full participation in education.

Members of the Kathy Hilton Society will be invited to special invitation only events each year to catch up with the latest news from Ardoch and perhaps even renew old acquaintances. If you would like further information, please contact Isobel on 03 9537 2414.

"Making a Will, and adding to it, are very personal moments in your life. As you look to the future and provide for your family and friends, please consider what an immense impact a gift in your Will to Ardoch could have."
