Ardoch actively promotes the protection and wellbeing of children and young people. All staff, delivery partners and ongoing volunteers at Ardoch are required to undertake a National Criminal History Check. Ardoch organises this through a provider called CrimCheck. Ardoch covers the cost of this check and further details will be provided about how to apply.
In accordance with Ardoch’s Child Safety Policy, we request that applicants disclose the details of any past charges and/or criminal offences for which they are currently under investigation. An applicant will not be automatically precluded from employment on the basis of having a criminal record. Ardoch will examine the relevance of an individual’s particular record in relation to the requirements of the role. All information supplied by the applicant will be treated with strict confidentiality.
