Chief Executive Officer

Lisa Jones commenced in the role of Chief Executive Officer of Ardoch in January 2022, bringing an extensive background in social impact, humanitarian action, community engagement and policy across the not-for-profit, public and private sectors.

Kim Berry

National Fundraising and Engagement Manager

Kim has extensive experience in fundraising and marketing, having been engaged in the sector for over 20 years. She has worked across a wide variety of sectors with a focus on social justice and has a track record of fostering innovation and growth, and is also currently Deputy Chair on the board of Wombat Housing.

Mandy Liu

National Business and Finance Manager

Mandy is an experienced CPA who has worked in the non-profit sector for over 10 years. She’s eager to contribute to Ardoch’s financial success and overall community impact, and ensuring operational transparency to stakeholders and donors who make Ardoch’s work possible, providing non-profit corporate services and risk management.

Joe Reed

Impact Growth Lead

Joe is experienced in process improvement and change management, he is committed to achieving goals and driving positive user experiences.
A long term advocate of equality and opportunity for all Joe is passionate about the work that Ardoch does and previously was a workplace volunteer at Ardoch programs when working for one of Ardoch’s corporate partners.

Megan Newcomb

Program Development and Impact Manager

Megan is able to bring together her years of experience working with people from disadvantaged communities, with her passion of things learning and education, to support Ardoch in bringing inspiring and impactful programs to students in schools that are addressing the many forms of educational disadvantage that occurs in our communities.

Lachlan Preston

Programs Manager, Volunteer Programs

Lachlan is an engaging manager and experienced leader of impactful education, youth development, volunteer and community development programs. Lachlan has a Master of International Development Practice and extensive volunteer experience including roles with Scouts Victoria, AIME, Fitzroy Scout Group, Monash University and Rotary.
